Canon Powershot SD750 Digital Camera Review
The Canon SD750 is a stylish camera with an outstanding picture and image quality.
The Canon PowerShot SD750 is a 7.1 megapixel Digital Elph Camera with 3x Optical Zoom, Image Processor and Face Detection.
The camera features are excellent in my opinion such as design, performance and quality together with an impressive LCD screen and a 3x optical zoom.
Photo and movie quality rank high for an ultra compact. In fact, despite almost identical innards with the SD1000–they both use the same sensor, f /2.8-4.9 35mm-105mm (35mm equivalent) 3X zoom lens, and Digic III processor–the photos from the SD750 look a bit better, especially vis-a-vis high ISO noise.
Image stabilization is best in low light and long zoom anyway, neither of which this camera can really handle anyway. Images can be corrected manually while viewing photos on the LCD screen, eliminating the need for additional software.
Canons new Face Detection Technology makes for even easier picture taking moments, helping users to ensure in-focus smiles, and assist in the elimination of overexposed faces. I even had some fun shooting with the Canon SD750′s Digital Macro mode, and more fun shooting a tank of fish using Aquarium Scene mode.
Other features I appreciate with the SD750 is it’s small design and portability (fits in your pocket), the beautiful design and brilliant picture quality.
The Canon SD750 is PictBridge capable, in consequence is telling to jot down to module printer that supports PictBridge directly, without the need for a computer in the middle. When connected to a Canon printer, though, you can set paper size, print quality, and a number of other parameters; capabilities lacking in basic PictBridge connections.
Another plus is that the SD750 take SD cards which is plus. Plus, the alloy casing will keep your memories safe from the bumping and frequent accidents that seem to happen in the midst of post mid-term celebrations.
This makes the SD750 to a wonderful camera in my opinion because of it’s excellent quality and impressive picture quality.
